The NETWAY
Netclinic exists to deliver Superior Patient Value. Our Value-Based Care approach places our Patients at the centre of our platform. Our operations are organized around medical conditions and our primary care services are delivered through integrated teams. Using our Digital Care Platform, we integrate health technology & process automation into frontline practices, enabling our Teams to deliver quality care through a great experience.
Our “new ways of work” and digital innovations support the work of our Healthcare Practitioners, including triage, symptom assessment, diagnosis, treatment, medication prescription and ongoing monitoring. Digital devices, process automations and information systems complement the workflow to ensure optimal resource performance that delivers maximum value for patients throughout the care cycle.
Our clinic network is designed in a Hub-Spoke-Pod configuration across the communities, pharmacies and corporates that we serve. Our distribution model ensures that high quality and standardised care is delivered where it is needed most, backed by a master operating model with common resources and care protocols.
Our clinics are digitally connected throughout the network, and linked to a central Network Control Centre, that operates as the brain of the network, enabling it to send and receive data in real-time. The Control Centre manages & monitors all activities performed in the network and co-ordinates resource allocation, data analysis and standard operating procedures.
Our business operations are powered by a Digital Care Platform, including a web based Clinical Decision Support System, Telemedicine, Workflow Management and Stock Management. Medical devices, digital devices, NFC tags and sensors facilitate the input of data to a cloud-based data server, monitored by the Control Centre.

Hub-Spoke-Pod Model
Netclinic adopts a hub-spoke-pod configuration for the smart clinic network. This configuration allows Netclinic to capture a high volume of Patients and put that volume to work to lower costs and improve quality.

Control Centre
Netclinic’s Control Centre is the operating brain of the distribution network; and monitors, manages and co-ordinates all activities performed within the business. It is digitally linked to the Hubs, Clinic Spokes and Pods in the network, enabling it to send and receive data in real-time.

Digital Care Platform
Business operations are powered by a Digital Care Platform, including the Clinical Decision Support module, Telemedicine, Workflow Management module and Stock Management module. Medical devices, digital devices, NFC tags and sensors facilitate the input of data in real-time to a cloud-based data server, monitored by the Control Centre.
